Berjili Terms & Conditions – Complete Usage Policy

Berjili (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") provides an online betting and entertainment service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions define the legal relationship between Berjili and its users.

By using Berjili's website, app, or any related services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Berjili.

Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, all of them will be closed and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited. Berjili's monitoring system can also detect multiple accounts created by different members of the same household using the same device or IP address — so please register honestly.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal on Berjili. This can be done by uploading a scan or photo of your National ID or passport. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Berjili supports Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services for deposits and withdrawals. The minimum deposit is ৳200, and the maximum limit is determined by your account tier. Successful deposits are generally credited to your balance within 1–5 minutes.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit, and only after KYC is complete. Withdrawing funds received from bonuses requires the relevant wagering conditions to be met first.

When placing a bet on Berjili, make sure you are familiar with the rules of the match or event in question. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. To withdraw bonus funds, you are generally required to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (the wagering requirement). For example, a ৳1,000 welcome bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place ৳10,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn. If the requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.

For free bet bonuses, the original stake is deducted from any winnings and only the profit is credited to your balance. Cashback bonuses are added as cash and can generally be withdrawn without wagering requirements, unless the offer states otherwise.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the Berjili platform. These restrictions exist to protect all users and ensure the platform operates fairly.

• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Operating multiple accounts or accounts under a false identity
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage

• Threatening or harassing other users

If you are found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, Berjili reserves the right to immediately suspend your account and forfeit all balances. Where necessary, the relevant authorities may also be notified.

Berjili may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time and for any reason. This typically occurs in cases of Terms & Conditions violations, suspicious activity, or failure to complete verification.

You will generally be notified by email or SMS before an account is closed. However, in cases of serious rule violations, closure may occur without prior notice. If you believe your account has been closed in error, please contact the support team.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting Berjili support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure, provided there are no pending transactions or ongoing disputes.

Berjili strives to maintain the highest technical standards, but service disruptions may occur due to internet connectivity issues, third-party service failures, or other factors beyond our control. Berjili will not be held liable for any losses resulting from such circumstances.
